Owners, Michael and Carol Buchanan, started Buchanan’s after a stint abroad – determined to put a Calgarian spin on the cuisine of world metropolises. The result is a New York-style chop house that proudly serves Alberta beef plus pastas, soups and sauces – all made from scratch.
